This is a very nice replica of a box turtle.

The figurine is cast from a durable resin material that allows for great detail work. You can see this very clearly in all the wrinkles and scales on the the turtle's neck and legs and in the growth rings on each scute of the turtle's shell.

The turtle is painted in realistic colors of browns and greenish greys. The eyes even have a dot of white on them to show the way light naturally reflects off of the pupil.
