Turtle Max can ship anywhere in the US and Canada, plus Puerto
Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We will normally ship your package within 2 business days of receiving your order, except for orders by personal check which will
be held 10 days to clear. If your shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by
E-mail. If you are in a hurry and need your order shipped as soon as
possible, just write a note on the order form or Email us. Please be sure to always
include your Email address on the order form, so we can contact you if we have any
questions.
Standard shipping and handling charges within the US are $5.95 per order up to $50,
$6.95 for orders from $50-$100, or FREE if your
order is over $100. Unless you request otherwise, smaller orders will be sent via
USPS Priority
Mail or by USPS First Class Mail. Heavier packages normally ship via FedEx Ground (3-8
business days shipping
time) or Parcel Post. Your order will normally
ship within two business days of receipt, so your actual delivery time may vary from 5 to
12 days. (Add 1-2 weeks for Canada.) Items closer to the west coast will arrive
earlier than east-coast orders, since we ship from Oregon.
If you are in a hurry and want Premium shipping, the
shipping charge is $19.00 for orders under $100, and $24 for orders over $100. Depending on your
package weight and destination, we may choose to send Premium packages FedEx
Second Day (delivers second BUSINESS day), USPS Express Mail, or (for heavy
or bulky packages) via USPS Priority Mail. Since
it can take a day to get it shipped (if you order after noon) and sometimes an
additional day or two (no shipments on Sundays or holidays; no deliveries on
weekends), this is why we quote 2-5 days delivery for Premium shipment. For orders to Canada, add one week to the above times.
Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a
guarantee. Please allow extra time during holidays.
Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option, due to the
wide variety of products we carry. However, products being shipped directly to a
third party and requesting a gift tag are packed nicely in colored tissue, often
with a ribbon or bow, to make sure they look festive for the recipient. Jewelry
is packed in handsome gift boxes.
Combining Orders:
If you place two orders in a short time period to the same address using the
same shipping method, we can combine them on request. You will receive a refund
of the shipping cost for the smaller order. If we notice two orders but have not
heard from you, we may choose to combine them if schedule permits.
CANADA:
Postage to Canada is
the standard US postage PLUS a surcharge equal to 12% of your order amount.
You
will see this on your order form before you enter your credit card information
to finalize your order. Please add about 1-2 weeks to the delivery times
quoted above: 10-21 days for standard delivery (Air Parcel Post), 4-7 days for
Premium shipment (Express Mail). NOTE:
You are responsible for any duties and taxes levied by the Canadian government
on your parcel upon arrival.
