Turtle Max can ship anywhere in the US and Canada, plus Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We will normally ship your package within 2 business days of receiving your order, except for orders by personal check which will be held 10 days to clear. If your shipment will be delayed for any reason, we will notify you by E-mail. If you are in a hurry and need your order shipped as soon as possible, just write a note on the order form or Email us. Please be sure to always include your Email address on the order form, so we can contact you if we have any questions.
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight, cost, and/or size of the items you ordered, and the location to which they are being shipped. You can see this amount after entering your shipping address at checkout, or at the bottom of the shopping cart page.

Standard shipping and handling charges within the US are calculated based on the subtotal of ordered items and the location to which it is shipping: For most states a charge of $4.50 plus 8% of the subtotal of items is used. For example, $50.00 worth of items shipping to the east coast will be $8.50 in shipping and handling. All orders over a $100 have a flat fee of $5.00 for most states within the US.
Remote locations such as Hawaii and Puerto Rico have slightly higher shipping rates and Pacific Northwest states have slightly lower rates.
As we are shipping orders from our beautiful location in Oregon, west coast shipments will usually arrive earlier than east coast shipments. If you are in a hurry please choose our Premium Shipping option.
Unless you request otherwise, smaller orders will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or by USPS First Class Mail. Heavier packages normally ship via FedEx Ground or Parcel Post. Your order will normally ship within two business days of receipt, so your actual delivery time may vary from 5 to 12 days.
For most US states the premium shipping charge is $17.00 plus an additional 10% of the order subtotal amount. Depending on your package weight and destination, we may choose to send Premium packages FedEx Second Day (delivers second BUSINESS day), FedEx 3rd day, USPS Express Mail (light & small orders), or (for heavy or bulky packages) via USPS Priority Mail.

Most premium orders received before 2pm PST are shipped out the same day. However, orders place later in the day or on the weekend may require an additional day or more (no shipments on Sundays or holidays, and no deliveries on weekends.) This is why we quote 2-5 days delivery for Premium shipment.
EXCEPTION: If your order includes items that ship directly from the manufacturer, their shipping times are stated on the page that shows the product photo and description. These items will ship separately from the rest of your order, and cannot be ordered with expedited shipping.

Standard shipping and handling charges to Canada are $7.00 plus an additional 15% of the subtotal of ordered items. For example, $50.00 worth of items will be $14.50 in shipping and handling.
Premium shipping and handling charges to Canada are $18.00 plus an additional 25% of the subtotal of ordered items. For example, $50.00 worth of items will be $30.50 in shipping and handling.
Canada orders take longer to arrive at their destination due to customs. Estimated delivery times are 10-21 days for standard delivery, 7-12 days for Premium shipment.
NOTE: You are responsible for any duties and taxes levied by the Canadian government on your parcel upon arrival. All our prices are listed in US dollars.
