The design features a leaping orange frog on one side and green alligator wearing a striped shirt, a yellow snake, and a turtle on the other side (see picture below.) The background is filled with green lily pads, blue water and a few dragonflies. They are all wearing party hats with big eyes and big grins. Made in the USA.
