This beautiful turtle frame is doubly delightful! The frame is made from cast pewter with green glossy enamel on the fronds of kelp and brown enamel around the edge of each sea turtle's shell. The center of the shell becomes the frame for your photos. At the base of the frame is a variety of very detailed sea life.
