Then this turtle might be just the thing for you! It has a hard plastic shell with a rubbery, stretchy body on the inside. You can pull on the head, flippers, and even the tail (although it's really, really short.) Lots of fun!

This particular turtle is a sea turtle. Sea turtles are characterized by a relatively flat carapace that makes it easier for them to swim in the ocean. Very aquadynamic! In fact, sea turtles only come onto land to lay eggs. The rest of their life is spent in the ocean.
