Do you like your turtles soft and squishy on the inside?
Then this turtle might be just the thing for you! It has a hard plastic shell with a rubbery, stretchy body on the inside. You can pull on the head, feet, and even the tail. Lots of fun! This particular turtle is a semi-terrestrial turtle. I think that it might take characteristics from both the snapping turtle and the wood turtle. Regardless of species, it is a very pretty grey-brown with red on the head, feet, and tail. The scutes on its carapace have a red dot at the center with lines radiating outward. It depends somewhat on which country you live in, but generally tortoises are turtles that don't swim and never go into the water except to drink. I think that this tortoise toy is based on the giant land tortoise from the Galapagos islands. Although it does seem awfully green... Check out its stretchy companions through the links below. Then this turtle might be just the thing for you! It has a hard plastic shell with a rubbery, stretchy body on the inside. You can pull on the head, flippers, and even the tail (although it's really, really short.) Lots of fun! This sea turtle was probably based off of the green sea turtle, but the lavender color is more of a stylized interpretation of a real turtle. However, I can tell that it's probably a female or else a young male. Only adult males grow their tails significantly beyond the shell. Check out its stretchy companions through the links below.
